Lynn and his team at Woodridge built us a wonderful home. Their attention to detail and communication throughout the process were impeccable. We couldn't be happier. He and his crew are always looking out for our place as they drive by and we are glad to see them in the area when we visit. In late 2014 my family and I began looking for a vacation home in the Suncadia resort. While touring homes with a local realtor, we learned of a spec home being built by Woodridge Custom Homes. We met with the owner, Lynn Romans, and toured other homes he had built and designed. The homes were of incredible workmanship and quality, and we decided to purchase the spec home. We were able to work with Lynn on many design options, customizing portions of the home. In many respects Lynn and his team greatly exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and the added focus to quality is stunning. More importantly, though, is the quality of our relationship with Lynn both during and after the project. My wife and I feel very fortunate that we found Woodridge Custom Homes to build our cabin near Cle Elum, Washington in the resort community of Suncadia. The owner, Lynn, is an incredibly thoughtful person, and he bent over backwards to make sure we understood all the details of construction, how his supply chain worked, what the timing would be, and what to expect next in the process. He guided us with great patience and an infectious sense of fun through the many choices we had to make during construction. He knows the contractors in the area well and got the best people working on our project. And he was forthcoming every step of the way, letting us know about any changes that had to be made to schedule and pricing. And, really, it can be a stressful time when you build a home, but Lynn made it way less stressful than it could have been and we had such an amazingly good time getting together with him at the construction site throughout the process. But, most importantly, he built a quality cabin that we absolutely love! And it was finished AHEAD of schedule, to boot. We do not hesitate to highly recommend Woodridge Custom Homes.

We purchased a home from WoodRidge Custom Homes in early 2014. Construction was approximately 75% complete at the time we found it, although Lynn and the team worked with us to make a few last minute modifications. We found them to make there commitments and be on time which we appreciated. After the house was complete Lynn and the team have been great about supporting us in anyway for minor modifications to the house.

We have appreciated their work and would would with them again for sure.

We hired Woodridge Custom Homes to build our full time residence in Suncadia after contacting several other builders. We are convinced we made the right choice as we ended up with the home we dreamed of and we love it. Lynn Romans and his crew were a pleasure to work with and made sure we were getting the house we wanted. Lynn also worked well with our architect to make any needed adjustments during the building process. While we slightly exceeded our initial budget it was primarily due to our choices to upgrade items in specific areas. There were never any surprises or hidden costs during the entire process. We would use Woodridge again.
